HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 2-7 days. During sales, new releases, and holidays, shipping may take up to 10 business days.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can create an account and log in to see the status of your order. You can even see past orders! You will also receive a email with your tracking number once your order ships. 

 

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Love Luxe Beauty loves animals! Our products are cruelty-free. 

 

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Love Luxe Beauty is happy to accept returns on all items within 10 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For additional information, please see our Returns Policy. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. 

When returning products, secure a tracking number for your shipment so that we can ensure safe delivery.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties.
