If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives with damaged items due to shipment handling or your package is lost in transit, file a claim with Route+.
If you did not purchase Route+ Premium Protection and your package is lost, you may submit a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS.
If you did not purchase Route+ Premium Protection and you received a damaged item, you may return the damaged item to us. See below.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you have 10 calendar days to return it from the date you received it.
Request for refund should be within 5 days upon receipt. Requests after 5 days will be refunded less 15% warehouse restock fee.
Email us with your order number, reason why, photo if damaged.
No shipping charges will be refunded.
When we receive the return, we will inspect it for quality control purposes. If we find the item in used or "swatched" condition, we are not able to authorize the return. We will mail the product back to you via USPS.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Approved returns will be refunded.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
